I think some people don't fully understand what made Dylan's performance so amazing. He called the cops before anyone was outside his house meaning he knew there routine and knew when they normally play basketball. What this means is that Dylan knew they were not disturbing the peace but still called the cops on them. Truly amazing, we only see a performance like Dylan once a life time.
